Brussels Sprouts

STORAGE: Store unwashed in a plastic bag in refrigerator. If able, humidity settings are present, brussels sprouts likes high humidity. In these conditions, they will last 3-5 weeks, but the fresher the sprouts the better the flavor.  They are best frozen for long-term preservation.
COOKING TIPS: The leaves of the brussels sprouts will cook much faster than the core, so to promote even cooking cut an “X” in the bottom of the stem.
