Greens


IN SEASON: May, June, September, October
STORAGE: Store unwashed in plastic bag in the coldest part of your refrigerator. In these conditions, greens should 5 days.  Freeze for long-term preservation.
COOKING TIPS: Great for adding a bit of spice to a salad.  Also, tasty sauted, boiled, or braised.  Be careful not to overcook as this will cause mushy greens.
