Shell Beans and Peas


IN SEASON: August, September, October
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place.  In these conditions, they will last several months.
COOKING TIPS: To increase the digestibility of beans, presoak them for twelve hours, overnight is good. To soak, put the beans in a large bowl with three times the water.
