It’s been a pleasant week at the farm. We received some needed rain for the germination of the buckwheat (summer cover crop) we planted earlier in the week. Strawberry season came surprisingly early, as we thought it would be another week before with thought we’d be able to pick enough strawberries for the coolers. So, surprise there are strawberries in this week’s coolers. We still have a couple of shares left for this season, so if you have any one you think may be interested in joining it’s not too late.
