2018 SBF CSA Week #22


Hi!!  It’s the last week of the season!  We hope each of you have enjoyed sharing this CSA season with us at Shared Bounty Farm.  We know that at times, preparing all of the items in the cooler can be a challenge, but we hope that challenge was a positive one.  We start each season on the farm, hungry and energetic and end each season satisfied and tired.  But let’s have one last chance to come together, and enjoy each other’s company and our bounty.  We will host our annual end of the season get together at the farm on November 10th.  We hope all can make it!  We will send out an email this week with the details.  Once again, thank you for supporting Shared Bounty Farm and local agriculture and we hope to welcome each of you back next season!

This broccoli with ginger and garlic recipe is healthy, simple to make. It has a lot of flavor with minimal calories and is a convenient side dish on a busy week night.

These quick and easy roasted sweet potatoes, squash, and apples make a delicious and healthy fall side dish! 

This salad with slices of pear and crunchy, roasted walnuts makes a fabulous side salad for any occasion, including weeknight dinners.
