- 1 sugar cube cantaloupe, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- Fresh basil, cut into thin ribbons
- 1-1/2 ounces feta, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste, optional
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately.
