1 head Chinese cabbage
1 head broccoli
1 red bell pepper
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 package Oriental flavored ramen
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup canola oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup rice wine or apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 – 2 inch piece ginger, minced
1 bunch green onion, sliced
Salt/pepper
Coarsely chop cabbage, broccoli and bell pepper. Combine with sunflower seeds. For dressing, combine ramen flavor packet, oils, sugar, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Combine salad and dressing. Break up ramen noodles and top salad, along with green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
