Ingredients
2 cups of fresh blueberries
1/4 cup of fennel, finely chopped
1 granny smith apple, skin on cut into matchsticks
1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
4 dates, chopped
1 Tbsp butter
Directions
Mix the fennel, strawberries, and apples in a bowl.
Cook the blueberries in a sauce pan until they burst. You will use this as your sauce for the salad. Drizzle over fruit.
Simply caramelize the dates on the stove top in butter. Then add to the top of the fruit salad.
